From stone to sky - A journey of perspective with Sound Healing, Breathwork and Stillness.
Beneath the vast open sky of the quarry, surrounded by ancient stone and expansive sky, this journey is designed to slow the mind, calm the nervous system and restore perspective. There are moments when the mind becomes crowded. And then there are moments when everything quietly falls back into perspective. Echoes of the Earth is an opportunity to pause and reconnect with something bigger than the pressures of daily life.
Your journey begins as you lay beneath an open sky, cocooned by stone walls and nestled in the body of the Earth. Through guided meditation, gentle breathwork and immersive sounds, you will journey through the elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether - each inviting a different experience within your body. Grounding, flowing, activating, expanding and finally resting in spacious stillness beneath the vast night sky. The ancient stone walls and open sky create a truly unforgettable atmosphere. You will experience the grounding beat of drums, complex overtones of symphonic gongs, ethereal harp and crystal bowls among the natural acoustics of the quarry amphitheater which together may evoke:
